Attention all SnapGear Resellers
- As of February 1, 2008, SecurityReporter is also bundled with SnapGear - this is a replacement for the hosted reporting engine that was previously available with URL filtering licenses.
- Prices have increased on some appliances due to the inclusion of SecurityReporter. We still have some stock at the reduced January pricing. Buy your SG units now before our pricing increases in mid February.
- All 36 month appliance skus have been removed.
- Three year hardware warranties are now available by ordering an appliance - which includes 1 year hardware warranty, and extending the hardware warranty by ordering a 24 month extension. This extension must be ordered within the first 12 months of owning the appliance and the appliance must be registered on my.securecomputing.com.
- SnapGear technical support inclusions have been changed. Now with every appliance, technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone is available for the first 90 days of ownership. Email/web ticketing support is included for 1 year. All annual support renewals include 24/7 tech support via phone and email/web for the entire year. If 24/7 phone support is required for the first year, the support upgrade/renewal package must be purchased.
- For Partners Only: Not-For-Resale SnapGear packages are now listed on the price list. These packages include an SG300, SG565, SG580, TrustedSource and URL Filtering licenses for all appliances at a significantly discounted price. These are intended for evaluations, and generating a demonstration pool of appliances for your organization. One SnapGear NFR package can be purchased every 6 months.
